Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Tek DIVISION s.r.o reserve the right, at sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. We may also require additional information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

Once purchased, the products on this website should only be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and should be used at their own risk.

It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the customer enters the incorrect or incomplete address and goods are delivered to the wrong address, we are under no obligation to issue a refund or send replacement goods. If goods are returned to us if they have been sent to the wrong address we are not obligated to re-send at our expense, however, a refund will be offered less the postal expense. If you notice that you have provided the incorrect or incomplete details please contact us as soon you can.
